Associate Attorney
Insurance-related litigation
Eban Milmeister

Eban Milmeister brings to Patton & Kiraly the enthusiasm and energy you would expect of a devoted legal professional — but it's his intellectual curiosity that truly sets him apart. His naturally inquisitive nature means he likes to see what makes things tick, and he applies that sharp analytical mind to every case he takes on. Indeed, if a legal case is like a puzzle, Eban isn't just satisfied with putting the puzzle together. He prefers to put it together, take it apart, and put it together again, just to make doubly sure all the parts work.

That curiosity goes beyond the office and the courtroom. Eban can often be found in the classroom attending continuing legal education classes to keep abreast of the latest developments in the law. He credits a two-year clerkship with retired District Court Judge Bixler with helping him hone his analytical eye and develop a nuanced understanding of court procedure.

A UNLV Boyd Law School honors graduate, Eban has a B.S. in Business Administration and as an undergraduate interned for the Department of Justice, U.S. Marshals Service and the Clark County Human Resources Department. He is also a member of American Inns of Court, Howard D. McKibben Chapter, as well as the Clark County Bar Association. In law school, Eban received awards for his work in Civil Procedure II, Constitutional Law I, Contracts I, Intellectual Property I, Lawyering Process III (Litigation), and Wills, Trusts, and Estates.

His curious nature extends to a diverse range of pastimes beyond work. On weekends, he might be found walking Henderson's Pittman Wash Trail with his wife Karen and daughter Mia, off-roading with friends in his 4Runner, or practicing his golf swing on the greens.
